Retranscribe button

Bug Description

When uploading an audio file and attempting to retranscribe it with a different model, the Retranscribe button is missing from the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an audio file
2. Look for a Retranscribe button to change the transcription model
3. Button is not present

Expected Behavior

A Retranscribe button or toggle should be visible to allow users to retranscribe with:

• The current provider
• A different provider/model

• Platform: macOS (aarch64)
