After migrating the court case pages to the new templates, we need to make sure the new pages will work for the new Alphabetical Index and Main Page templates.

• Ensure open cases criteria added to necessary cases
• Ensure selected cases criteria added to necessary cases
• Ensure "see also" criteria selected to necessary cases
• Review updated Alphabetical Index to ensure cases and information showing up properly on the list
• Review main page to ensure active and selected case CMS modules display properly

@djgarr We've merged in a PR to improve court case sorting with case number support. It will be deployed on 2/3 with our sprint 30.6 release.
