Split view pages for other legal datasets #7043
Description
What we're after
Consider layout changes for legal "canonical" pages to show a split view of records and documents. This work will align these pages with new rulemaking pages.
Considerations:
- In-page navigation?
- Window resizing depending on the amount of data?
- Sortable tables(?)
Completion criteria
- Design proposal ready for next steps, as appropriate
