Separate current terraform into 3 different environment (DEV/STG/PRD) #100
Description
Separate current terraform into 3 different environment (DEV/STG/PRD).
This will allow for more independent operation on DEV/STG/PRD database.
This tasks may need to involve have 3 different repositories.
Another possibility would be switch to use cloud formation after move the database out of the cloud-gov.
