Expand Validator Diff Checker Script to Cover Form 3X

Acceptance Criteria

The diff checker script should be able to be run on .xlsx files for report forms, and the script should check for errors in their corresponding JSON schema files. Forms 3X should be supported, and running the script on each of them should produce zero errors.

Dev Notes

Checking the Form spec sheets with the script will likely require changes to both the diff checker script and, with the BA's help, the spec sheets themselves.

QA Notes

The dev should post screenshots showing that the script has been run on each of the three form spec sheets, producing zero errors in each.

We currently lack a master spec sheet to test the Form 3X json schema against. Until that's ready, this ticket will have to go on hold.

The spec we have in the data dictionaries for pages 1-5 was put together by devs? I’m trying to remember where we left off with this - anything jog your memory?
