Trailing comma when showing hours

I am having an issue when I just want to show hours in the countdown timer. Instead of showing, for example, "Offer ends in 1 day, 10 hours" it shows up as "Offer ends in 1 day, 10 hours," with a trailing comma. Only happens when I want to show hours and no issues when I just show days or minutes etc. Any suggestions how to fix this? I looked through the .php file but did not see anything that jumped out at me.
