There are some inconsistencies in the application. One copy of the data was declared as 10 TiB, which—taking into account 2 replicas—gives 20 TiB of total DC that should be requested. Is that the amount you are requesting?
Please also provide the “Share a brief history of your project and organization” section in English.Enterprise Data Pathway is specifically designed to serve clients with commercial data that is not publicly retrievable—yet your application suggests this is a public dataset that could be retrieved by anyone. The field describing this was marked as yes/no, which is a little confusing.
Enterprise Data Pathway rules require verification of the Client and Service Providers. To get started, fill out this brief form: https://form.jotform.com/250292095669365. Once we receive your submission, we’ll request:

• a company document (anything that confirms the company’s existence);
• an agreement with the SP (to confirm economic transfer and exclude potential self-sealing);
• a document confirming the right of representation (to confirm we’re engaging with a person authorized to act for the company).

There isn’t a single required document—multiple options are acceptable. For example, instead of a formal agreement with an SP, we can accept a paid invoice or a declaration from the SP that it is storing data under specific conditions. Anything that proves who we are engaging with, whether this is a paid deal, and that it is not self-dealing is acceptable. (However, for a 20 TiB request, we can relax these requirements.)

If, on the other hand, the data is public and can be retrieved by anyone, we encourage you to use our https://github.com/fidlabs/Open-Data-Pathway/blob/main/README.md, where verification is done via Gitcoin Passport. It’s simpler but requires SPs to provide HTTP retrieval functionality that allows anyone to download and use the data. This also means you need to provide a manifest/index file that explains what is in each piece stored on the network.

Thank you. All documents can be sent privately to damian@fidl.tech.
Due to the small amount of DC requested, in this case we don’t necessarily need the “Document confirming the right of representation”. This will be replaced by Gitcoin Passport verification, the link to which you can find above. After completing that, we would only need basic documents confirming the existence of the company and a potential agreement/proof of payment with the specific service providers you will be working with. Please remember that we need some ID annotation for the service provider(on the document) , as all allocations are made using a smart contract that requires whitelisting them.

After some consideration, and once again taking into account the small request, a letter with a statement declaring the service providers would be sufficient in your company’s case. This should make things a little easier for you at the start, and in the future, if more DataCap is needed, we will request documents gradually.
