highlight of the newly added elements and about to be removed elements

is there an easy way to highlight the change so the UX gets a little bit better?

• highlight in green (with fade out) for a few seconds on additions
• highlight in red (with fade out) a few seconds before removal
• scroll the y-axis to topmost added element

just curious, maybe there is something already.

that would sound really good, but there is nothing to do that so far AFAIK.
