Mozilla has the https://github.com/mozilla/readability library (used in reader view) that cleans article texts.
Thinking of adding this as a dependency so it's easy to just click the extension icon on articles and it will automatically "spreed" the cleaned text.
Just running spreed on the reader view doesn't seem to work I believe it's a protected page.
