Bulk upload functionality not working for updating rating in assessment definition

Waltz Version

1.68

Steps to Reproduce

1.1.Go to Assessment Definitions
2.Assessment Rating --> Bulk Edit -->Enter the data to be updated
externalID ratingCode isReadOnly comment
L TRUE description
3. Click on Update
..

Expected Result

Updated records -1

Actual Result

Updated records -0
