Gather accountid and accesstoken for Fiskaltrust POSOperators from CSV export

Hi there,

I found out that both strings can be found in the POSOperator export which is brilliant because it allows us to automate the Cashbox creation. I was told before that I'd have to get that manual.
I'd recommend you adding this to your documentation. This export also has a short link into the Operators area which again is a time saver.

We please urgently need the export data to be 100% complete though. The accountid shows for all our POS Operators - the accesstoken does not.
I've addressed this to Clemens already.
