Kernel: Linux 6.11.10-300.fc41.x86_64
DE: KDE Plasma 6.2.4

This issue has been adressed in the commit below for me:
flathub/com.super_productivity.SuperProductivity#3

That fix applies for Electron apps only. Besides, setting BRAVE_DESKTOP environment variable to com.brave.Browser.desktop should fix it. Just make sure that all browser instances are closed before you test that.

That is not the case for me:

Same issue: I closed all the instances and even logged in again.
