[iOS] "reduce transparency" not respected in community-adding icon #580

Description

@fluxbug-flutter

Steps to reproduce

  1. turn on "reduce transparency" in your system settings (i'm on ios, unsure what the android equivalent is)
  2. navigate to fluxer mobile
  3. scroll down on the community list until you see the + icon to add a server. tap it

Expected behaviour

the background should be dimmed or fully blacked out to show the focus is on the community-adding widget in the center of the screen while respecting the user preferring less transparency

Actual behaviour

the background is blurred
