Duplicate Server Name in 16.6 image #301
Description
This PR introduced a line which results in duplicate server names and prevents services from starting when upgrading to the 16.6 postgres flex image flyio/postgres-flex-timescaledb:16.6. Ideally the fix (also referenced in the PR) is incorporated into the latest images (https://hub.docker.com/r/flyio/postgres-flex + https://hub.docker.com/r/flyio/postgres-flex-timescaledb)
