Some minor changes but thanks for this change!
As per your comment in Issue #1072, I don't know of any of the new changes in the FCOM but please visit our Discord if some over there would have some additional knowledge or info regarding this for a future PR if you wish to make one.

Summary
As of January 2025, Airbus updated its SOP regarding engine start order; it now prescribes that engine 1 always be started first. This PR updates the engine start beginner guide to reflect this change.
