Is this software public domain?

I don't know much about licenses. You can use the software in your projects
and modify it if you want to. I'd appreciate you refered to the original
project wherever you use it but it's not mandatory.

The other project includes Swift so you must enable Swift in your project.
You may combine swift and objc in the same project.
