This is not really an issue more like a feature. MonomerInfo/PDBResidueInfo of atom in monomer.raw_rdkit_mol is accessible when a polymer is being built from ProDy/RDKit, but not from JSON.

The names are saved in molsetup.atom can be accessed by atom.pdbinfo.name
