I tested locally by updating setup.py to support v 3.13. Seems to work. Then pypi release: The current PyPi releases (v5, and v6alpha) are broken due to dependency problems with Six and PathLib.os respectively.

Update, from discussion in this thread: #139 (comment)

While Meeko [seems to] work on Python 3.13, it's soft dependency Prody, does not; it will require a code change to its base, vice a simple restriction lift.

Fixed in cc7f0da, will take effect on the next release
