@mattlub This recipe looks delightful! If you come to Gaza someday, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of tagines we have in stock. Anyways, just wanted to let you know that couscous is one word.

@anamraheem haha thanks for pointing it out, Gaza sounds like my kinda place! Sorry for the typo, it would be great if you submitted a PR to correct it 😄 (check out the contributing guide)

And maybe a PR for a rival Gazan Tagine recipe 👀
