Add Hazelcast network with Kubernetes API capabilities #20
Description
The helm currently uses a HeadlessService when console.enable: true. But there should be an option to use the Kubernetes API to discover peers without service.
This is useful when you want to detect everything in the current Namespace, including stuff like the Frank!Flow.
