Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1st : if System Settings => Country = Saudi Arabia

2nd : Gratuity:
The Saudi system calculates the following: from the date of joining to the date of resignation
01/01/2024 to 20/02/2025

  • years ( 1 Year )
  • months ( 1 Month )
  • days ( 20 Days )
    No deductions are made, whether the employee is on unpaid leave or absent. ( Only from the date of joining work until exit )

1st : This is also better for counting the days.

2nd:
Add a options in the Gratuity Rule that these leaves days are deducted from the number of days of experience:
Are days of absence counted?
Is unpaid leave counted?
