Investigate the possibility of replacing lxc/lxd with docker

The current implementation of Distrinet is based on the Linux container (lxc/lxd), but docker is more popular than lxc/lxd.
If we can replace lxc/lxd with docker easily, it's easier to make the integration of alcor/aca with distrinet and also can apply more application scenarios.

Requirements:

1. Figure out the detail steps to replace lxc/lxd engine with docker engine.
2. Study files under Distrinet/mininet/provision folder.
3. Create related files (config, deploy, install, etc) for docker provision by referring lxd scenario.

Recently I have learned about basic mininet configuraion. Now I am learning about containernet, which use docker containers as hosts in emulated network topologies, and try to figure out the differences between lxc/lxd and docker.

In these days, we finished the first version of docker scenario and we have issued a pull-request about it.
Our next work is to test our codes in virtual machines.

When we test our codes, we faced some trouble and we consider the problem is caused by the difference between lxd container and docker. So we want to ask about how docker can implement the distributed network topology. For example, how to implement the topology in a single machine but between different nodes and how to implement the topology between two machines.

@ChengyuzeYang I think the topology is handled by the the topo.py or some related files under https://github.com/futurewei-cloud/Distrinet/tree/master/mininet/mininet. If you run your customized topology python file, distrinet will distribute the vNode (vhost or vSwitch) across the physical nodes in your cluster. Then distrinet (dmn) will create lots of virtual interfaces or bridges to connect those containers based on the topology you defined.

When I only run the docker version of distrinet on the master host, it can completely replace

When I run the docker version of distrinet on the master and a worker, an ssh connection error will be reported, because the master host and the container on the worker cannot be bridged through admin-br
