had to update a few tax ids again, one of which will be obvious bc its part of a priority pathgen page. also have ~120 fungal assemblies that after talking w hiram decided to punt on for this round. youll see them as commented out in the source yml. build issues that hes sorting. @natefoo another round needing indices |

interesting, apparently every now and then i missed a tax id when annotating for ploidy. the qc report didnt catch it (i guess cause the id is there just without a value) but the schema complained. ill fix that quickly |

5,058 total assemblies, holy moly. These are indexing for Galaxy now but it'll be a long process.

Description
Adds ~3000 fungal assemblies. basically picks up anything from any genus/ family/ etc known to be predominantly pathogenic thats reasonably complete. then for those that have some pathogenic members but arent predominantly, picks up all reasonably complete assemblies for specific species.
fun note: fusariium oxysporum has ~500 assemblies now, and is a real fun-guy 😉 to read about.. yea i did it
