Create documentation for integrating Tach LSP server into other editors

Since we now ship an LSP server within Tach (#484), it should be possible to integrate Tach into configurable editors like vim/neovim with end-user configuration.

We should provide documentation on how to set this up, and it would be great to have a daily user of each editor to write the guide and verify that it works as expected.
