Sorting in tach show

It would be great if tach pre-sorted the output when generating a mermaid graph, for example alphabetically. Right now i don't think any sorting is done when running tach show --mermaid or tach show.

Should be very straightforward, but I'm curious what your use case is. Does it affect how the final graph is rendered, or do you need the data sorted for future parsing? Would ideally like to solve the downstream use case if it exists.
