Attach memos / comments to transactions

For my own records, I would like to be able to attach comments to my transactions, and to counterparty wallet addresses.
Basically, I want to make a note of who I transacted with, and why.
I can do this in a distinct spreadsheet app, obviously. I just would enjoy integration with my wallet app. Perhaps it would export as a csv file.
