Chocolatey: How to test your chocolatey packages #14

By this, I mean testing the packages through chocolatey-test-environment, and how to set it up with vagrant.

Although it has been quite some time now, this was a question that used to pop up from time to time.

While there are extensive documentation of this, some probably find it easier to watch a video on how to do it instead of reading about how to do it.

Would definitely come after #2 though.
