Stop Instant Reload when on /wp-admin/plugins.php #17

While updating plugins (/wp-admin/plugins.php) locally, Instant Reload causes prompts to appear asking whether I'd like to reload the page. Hitting no stops this, but it'd be nice if this URL (or really any backend links) could be optionally excluded from instant reload int he future.
