Verify HybridSDKs Use SPM

Context: CocoaPods trunk is moving to read-only mode on December 2nd, 2026. This issue is part of the CocoaPods EOL migration effort.

Description:
Ensure all HybridSDKs (React Native, Flutter, Unity, .NET) are using SPM and not CocoaPods for their sentry-cocoa dependency. Coordinate with maintainers to verify and migrate if needed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• React Native SDK verified using SPM
• Flutter SDK verified using SPM
• Unity SDK verified using SPM
• .NET SDK verified using SPM
• Migration completed if any are still using CocoaPods

Notes:
These SDKs may use CocoaPods as a hidden abstraction. Need to verify their build systems.

• React Native is migrating to use pre-compiled xcframeworks in feat(ios): Default to consuming sentry-cocoa as an xcframework sentry-react-native#6381
• Flutter SDK is still using legacy major version v8, and supports both CocoaPods and SPM. They will need to migrate away from CocoaPods with the migration to v9 (cc @buenaflor)
• Unity SDK, Unreal SDK, GoDot SDK and .NET SDK are consuming pre-compiled xcframework binaries or build-from-source using git submodules.
