No skills found when running dotagents

Steps to Reproduce

Run pnpm dlx @sentry/dotagents add getsentry/sentry-for-ai

Expected Result

Running this list all the skills belonging to getsentry/sentry-for-ai that can be installed.

Actual Result

No skills are found. The following error is returned:

No skills found in getsentry/sentry-for-ai.

@sentry/dotagents scans skills/, .agents/skills/, and .claude/skills/ for SKILL.md files. This repository keeps its skills in src/skills/, which is why dotagents add getsentry/sentry-for-ai returns nothing.

That is expected — this repo is a build source, not an installable plugin. The per-agent distributions (getsentry/plugin-claude, plugin-cursor, etc.) have skills/ at root after build. The recommended entry point is npx @sentry/ai install.

If the goal is to use dotagents directly, pointing it at a distribution repo instead of this source repo should work. A README note clarifying that would probably save the next person a few minutes.
