I just implemented it myself yesterday, wasn't too much work actually. Maybe you don't need to create an SDK, just docs could be enough?

• call Sentry.init in client.tsx and ssr.tsx
• in app.config.ts
  • add sentryVitePlugin to vite.plugins
  • turn on vite.build.sourcemaps = true
• integrate with your auth/session to call setUser

We need to be a bit careful what we publish as docs because people will be stuck with it forever and if we need more instrumentation entrypoints people will never add them.
