Expose enableSessionReplayInUnreliableEnvironment from Cocoa #5264
Description
In cocoa 8.57.0 SR is off by default in iOS 26.0 unless the experimental.enableSessionReplayInUnreliableEnvironment = true is passed.
We need to expose this in RN along with the version bump.
