ref(releases): Rebuild ReleasesPromo

- Replaces the deprecated dropdownAutoComplete with a CompactSelect

- Removes the complex logic to have a <click here for token> with a much
  simpler interface that uses a familiar drop-down to select the
  integration to use a token from.
