Dashboard release line clicks do not use default browser behavior

Problem Statement

I was trying to dig into why we saw a big jump in a dashboard graph and I tried Cmd+clicking on release lines to open in a new tab. At the moment they just open in the same tab and it's really hard to get back to where I was if I want to look into multiple releases.

Solution Brainstorm

Cmd+Click on a release line opens in a new tab as with any other link
