Pretty much all we need to do is copy and paste this file into this repository https://github.com/getsentry/relay/blob/master/.github/workflows/release_binary.yml

And modify the self-hosted issues template to include uptime checker. https://github.com/getsentry/self-hosted/blob/3cf323843ab9e63515bd2816a426bd5116324834/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/release.yml?plain=1#L12-L17
