llama_cli.exe no any response on windows 11 dos command

I got the llama_cli.exe no any response on windows 11 dos command line.
even run "llama_cli.exe --help", without any response or message just run and exit

llama_cli.exe download from the latest release of win-av2.x64.zip.

anyone know how to solve? Thanks

Solved it, Thanks Github "Expert Troubleshooter".
The steps :

1. download and install the lastest Microsoft vc_redist from ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 )
2. re-open Dos command Terminal
3. run llama-cli.exe -m ooxx.gguf , or llama-server.exe -m ooxx.hhuf --port 8088 with gui
