Add Card UUID to --list-devices

When there is a list of the same cards, it would be good to know which card is which.
Here I have a list of seven cards output from my computer

And I can't tell which card is which (for diagnosing and running models on specific devices).

Please consider adding the Card UUID to --list-devices

At least for NVIDIA cards, perhaps it could be excluded for non-NVIDIA.

E.g. here is the output from nvidia-smi -L (but the order here is not the same as the order in --list-devices)
