C# uses \n instead of \n\r or Environment.NewLine

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use the C# code to create a List of Patches.
2. "Export" it using patch_toText to a text box.
3. Copy the text to notepad for example.
4. Reverse the process by copying the text back into a text box.
3. "Import" it using patch_fromText.
4. Apply patch.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Patch should be correctly applied, but usually "Invalid patch mode" error is 
thrown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Download 20121119, Win7 64bit, VS 2012, .Net 4.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
