Bed temperature at the start of printing

Hello, every time the printer starts printing, it heats the bed to 100º even though the first layer is 60º, as is the case with PLA. Then it cleans the nozzle, and afterwards I have to wait a long time for the temperature to drop to 60º. How do I fix this?
