Three targeted allocation reductions on the large-payload code path and routed mode hot path:

1. middleware/jqschema — avoid converting the full payload []byte to string when only the first 500 chars are needed for the preview field. For a 10 MB response this eliminates a ~10 MB heap allocation on every large-payload tool call.
2. middleware/jqschema — remove json.Marshal(schemaObj) that was used only to compute a byte count for a debug log; the schema is re-marshalled moments later for the actual response, making this a redundant allocation.
3. server/routed — replace fmt.Sprintf("%s/%s", ...) with backendID + "/" + sessionID for the filteredServerCache key (avoids reflection/formatting overhead on every tool call in routed mode).
4. server/unified — pre-allocate toolNames slice with make([]string, 0, len(listResult.Tools)) at startup.
