How are bugs spekified?

• Say there is a small bug, how does this fall in the spec-kit workflow?

I find this particularly puzzling. I find myself trying to figure out a way to debug issues at the end of spec completion. In my mind, there should be an easy way to track and resolve spec-related issues. Right now, I'm running the /speckit.implement command like this

/speckit.implement We are task-complete with this spec, but I need to debug XXX. Please create a doc to track the issues

It's helpful to start with the implement command to orient the debugging around the spec context, but feels awkward.
