Bug description

With some of the users we have they can not see the planning eventhough they have the same permissions as some other users.

Also when they want to add a new planning instead of opening the modal, it opens in a new blank page that also is super bugged.
We really need this feature to work,

Please include the requested log information. If you are getting a blank page/area, there is almost certainly a PHP error occurring and it will be logged in the GLPI log files (files/_log folder).
