We want agents to transact cross-chain on Hyperlane!

Hyperlane is the leading open source framework for interoperability and is a natural fit for agentic workflows which cannot easily navigate offchain BD processes.

To be eligible for this bounty in its XL form you must Integrate GOAT with Hyperlane such that

1. GOAT agents are able to transfer assets via Hyperlane Warp Routes
2. GOAT agents are able to transfer information via Hyperlane messaging, such that function calls or reads are executable
3. GOAT agents are able to deploy their own Warp Routes
4. GOAT agents are able to deploy Hyperlane on a new chain and operate it, including both a validator quorom and relayer

Completion of any of the 4, but not all of 4, will be eligible for a Small sized bounty. Full completion awards a $5k bounty, each Small bounty $500.
