"Add new trivy scanner" doesn't work

Unable to add a new scanner in the Harbor interface. When attempting to add a scanner, the following error appears:

Ping: registration trivy-k8s: https://scanner-trivy.anydomain is unreachable

(!) Access to the domain and scanner is available, but it doesn't connect through the WEB UI.

Harbor version: v2.12.1
Trivy version: 0.58.1

can be many reasons: To little information to provide, here a few guesses.

• what type of scanner is it?
• why aren't you using the built in scanner?
• what do the logs says
• did you try to reach the scanner from the container?
