  • Style the "New Demand" link as a button
  • "New Demand" link should always show even if not authenticated. Will still required authentication to reach screen.
  • Move "New Demand" link to bottom of list.
  • Move "Change Address" next to Municipality name, inside same link
    • Add 'profile' link in top header

2¢...

  • I'm not sure I've seen this done before but... if Unauthenticated and navigating to the "New Demand" screen... should we alter the design of the New Demand screen to also include the authentication process on screen? To be more transparent up front. So it's a new demand + create account/sign-in in one fell swoop. Versus navigate to new demand and the "sign in/create account" screens jumps in its place... go through that AND THEN back to the new demand screen.

I started comping up some suggestions but shifted laptops w/o using dropbox... any-who, I had some rationale on the left nav order.
In order of atomic unit? New Demand, My Demands, Hyper Local, County Local, State Local...
"New Demand" feeds everything below it.
Is it moving to the bottom so it's more focus on reviewing what exists versus creation (+ the frequency)? Or?

re: combined page: Makes sense, and could be a future state. I'd add a separate ticket if you feel strongly for that. For now, trying to get updates in by tomorrow.

re: nav list order: I agree with you on the ordering. @jsonin felt "New Demand" goes to the bottom.

Would like to see any design suggestions/comps you have.

I have zero data to support putting it on the bottom.
Craig + Eric = better brains. Put it at the top.

Some of this done in #60

Still outstanding, needing design ideation:

  • Move "Change Address" next to Municipality name, inside same link

Leaving this issue open for now to track these remaining items.
