Currently when LoadUnloadedTab is OFF it doesn't load tab until click on it and when LoadUnloadedTab is ON it loads tab absolutely instantly regardless of pointing delay set in options.

TabScope should respect delay time option even with unloaded tabs.

Please, is this still an issue?

Unless I'm missing something, I do not see anything like a boolean for LoadUnloadedTab with Tab Scope 1.6.3 on Firefox 56.0.1 (64-bit):

2017-10-12 05 28 31 overview

2017-10-12 05 28 56 advanced options for tab scope

2017-10-12 05 45 05 tab scope in about config
