Performance Issue with swift-markdown-ui on Moderately Long Markdown Text

Hi,

First of all, thank you for swift-markdown-ui. It's by far the most feature-complete Markdown library for iOS, and I've been using it for over a year. Truly appreciate your work.

Recently, I've noticed some performance issues, especially when rendering Markdown text of moderate length.

I've provided a complete code sample here:

I was wondering, if we had to make an initial guess, would the performance issue likely come from:

1. Markdown text parsing, or
2. SwiftUI rendering?

If we plan to investigate further ourselves, could someone familiar with the codebase point us in the right direction?
