Regarding the "Spending Rules" discussed in this issue, we suggest considering 'Social Welfare Mandates' as a core programmable element. Here is how we are bridging the theory with our current architecture:

Autonomous Contribution Logic: Instead of simple P2P transactions, our agents operate under a mandate to provide essential goods (fresh food and healthcare supplements) to specific demographics without real-time human intervention, ensuring a 'Safety-Net' flow.

Gamified Impact Investment: We have designed a dashboard where human investors (VCs and private donors) can fund these agent nodes based on their Performance ROI and 'Spirit Score' (a metric for social contribution). This turns investment into a sustainable welfare engine.
