ToolContext documentation vs GO package implementation

I am going through the documentation
https://google.github.io/adk-docs/tools-custom/#explanation
and was wondering what "ToolContext" is.

It can see a toolContext marked as internal inthe go adk.

Is the provided functionality in 'tool.Context' (it seems to have a different api signature than whats in the documentation)
