Matcher to assert Duration within delta

Suggest to add a builtin matcher for asserting the duration matches the expected value within a delta.

This is useful to test an operation is taken within a certain time window. For example, an action to be timed out in about 20 seconds.

I think this can be generalized to all PartialOrd types. Something like a fn between<T>(lb: T, ub: T) -> impl Matcher<T> {...} :

verify_that!(123, between(100, 200))?;
verify_that!(Duration::from_secs(123), between(Duration::ZERO, Duration::from_mins(5))?;

What do you think? Would it fit your requirements?

This looks fine, while I need to calculate the bound by hand.

A more intuitive matches is like:

• https://docs.rs/googletest/latest/googletest/matchers/fn.approx_eq.html

But between should work.
